Capgemini gets a new Talent Acquisition Head! Sonal Bhardwaj has joined the IT giant as Head of Talent Acquisition, Financial Services, UK.
A seasoned HR professional, Bhardwaj brings with her an impressive portfolio that includes over 16 years of experience in IT recruitment. Before joining Capgemini, she has served in the role of Head of Talent Acquisition in the U.K branch of Wipro. Before Wipro, she had been an HR Executive at Sterlite Industries where she was posted at the aluminium foil manufacturing unit in Kolkata. Her core competency lies in leading mass hiring assignments for global teams, overseeing business operations, and coming up with talent strategy with business partnerships.
Bhardwaj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & HR from the prestigious Xavier School of Social Science (XISS). She is also an alumna of Sarojini Naidu College.
