Uber has announced the appointment of a new Head of Customer Experience for India & South Asia- Manasi Chadha. Chadha will be ensuring that Uber customers have one of the best customer experiences. She will also be helping Uber consolidate its Indian and South Asian markets. Chadha had been employed as ‘Head of virtual support’ of Uber from 2018. She had been one of the driving forces of providing tech-enabled enhanced customer experience which is in line with Uber’s ‘’customer-focused’’ product team. An alumna of Hansraj College (Delhi University) and IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) , Chadha brings 16 years of industry experience in strategy and planning, building and scaling products, etc.
