It’s been raining placements for the 2022 graduates of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS)‘s flagship ODCL (Organizational Development, Change & Leadership) program.
Moreover, this batch has attracted an astoundingly high placement package of 25 lakh per annum, with the highest going as far as 42 lakhs per annum! According to the placement cell, about 30% of students had received pre-placement offers. Most students were offered roles in Change Management and Consulting roles in Big 4 Consulting organizations such as Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, and other prestigious brands such as Amazon, Pidilite, etc.
